On January 11, 2023, the Senate’ Committee on Mining, discussed and voted Bill 15,511-08. The Senators unanimously approved the bill in general. The text of the bill proposed by the Administration (and already approved by the House of Representatives) was not amended. Thus, the bill was sent to the Senate’ Committee on Treasury for its review, discussion and vote.
